Through effective prevention within schools and juvenile detention centers, youth peer support services, community education events, drug take back day events, awareness campaigns and more we can combat this epidemic and make a lasting impact.

The Ramsey County Opioid Prevention and Unified Services Coalition (OPUS) was developed to establish greater unity between law enforcement, courts, schools, and other community resources. Since 2017 our goal has been to engage, advocate, inform and bring awareness of substance use issues throughout Ramsey County, MN through education, prevention, enforcement and treatment to build a healthy, safe and drug free community.
